Phase 2
The nature of leadership can be very complex. However, when you boil it down, it often comes down to two things:
- -How well the people I lead get along
- -How productive they are in the task that they are assigned
Phase 2 is all about productivity. We work with you, your staff, your leadership team, or whoever you deem appropriate to help you begin helping your team be more productive in the task(s) at hand. Starting from helping the team discover their core values, we provide you tools, training, and a multi-sensory experience that your team will appreciate and never forget. If your team is struggling with productivity, then this is the class for you.
Time: 8 hours*
*We provide this in one full day, as part of a retreat, or break it into smaller segments.
