Phase 1

The nature of leadership can be very complex. However, when you boil it down, it often comes down to two things:

Phase I is all about relationships. We work with you, your staff, your leadership team, or whoever you deem appropriate to help you begin understanding, building, and reinforcing healthy, Christian realtionships.

We will use a variety of tools to make this truly a multi-sensory learning experience for the entire class!

*We provide this in one full day, as part of a retreat,  or break it into smaller segments.
