Many people rely solely on paid staff to carry out the work of the church but this limits the potential of a ministry greatly. Scripture both empowers and expects us all to be ministers, not to rely on paid clergy to be some sort of conduit to God. Using this knowledge coupled with a true understanding of our gifts and talent allows us to unlock our full potential.

We use a series of assessments, classes, and coaching to help you understand that statistically, you are unique in greater than 133 million people. It is very exciting to know that God put you in the ministry/church that you are in to uniquely serve the Kingdom there in a way only you can do.
